6. Slay the Spire

Price: $9.99

Slay the Spire
Slay the Spire

Slay the Spire is an interesting game. It’s a mix of a roguelike and card game. There is only a single player mode so there is nothing to bother about building a meta deck to compete online. Basically, you play the game, unlock cards, and build a deck. The deck is used to climb the spire. You will be unsuccessful many a times but the hope is every attempt gets you a little closer to the top until you conquer it. There are some flaws, though. Card text is very small, the controls could be better, and there are some bugs. Probably the developer circles back around and fixes some of them. It’s otherwise a pretty good game.
